1. Reduce heat

2. Limit damage caused by chlorine

We can prepare the hair before taking a bath, avoiding the greenish color and the damage caused by chlorine. We can use tap water to rinse the hair before swimming to make sure it will absorb significantly less chlorine, as dry hair behaves like a sponge. After swimming, rinse the hair with apple cider vinegar and water to limit the damage caused by chlorine.

3. Keratin treatments

As heat and the sun oxidize the color of our hair, we can use Kertain treatments to revitalize and rehydrate our hair and bring it back to life.

4. Wash less

6. Drink more water
